THE BEST FIRMS CARRY OUT A SELECTION AT CESINE
IV Employment Forum, a pioneer initiative in Cantabria
El Centro Cesine has held its IV Employment Forum, with the presence of the Human Resources directors from some of the main firms in Cantabria in each of the sectors they are found. Thus, the personnel heads for Solvay, Banco Santander, La Caixa, ENSA, CIC Consulting Informático, Fraile + Blanco, Nestlé, El Grupo Armando Álvarez y Draka Compteq have participated in this Forum which had, besides seminars, workshops or conferences on diverse questions related to the development of the graduates, also personal reunions with those students that attended the Forum where their CVs were collected and they were oriented in those areas of interest in a professional career.
The Forum is meant for those students in their final year and the goal is advance in the key aspects that will allow them to know the main skills that are essential when successfully developing a profession.
For the more than 150 students who attended said Forum the experiences and advice given by the HR heads are valuable. In like manner interviews are the first step towards their insertion into the job market. The 4 editions of the Cesine Employment Forum have consolidated as one of the activities of major interest for the Cesine students.
