Eduniversal, one of the four most prestigious university rankings in the world, has recognized CESINE University Centre as one of the 25 best Business Schools in Spain and has awarded it the Palm of Excellence, through which it accredits its great influence in teaching.

Recently, the University Centre has been recognized by Eduniversal, a global ranking agency specializing in higher education, which has catalogued CESINE as one of the 25 best Business Schools in Spain and one of the most powerful University Centres worldwide, a complete success, as the ranking is based on the 900 most prestigious Business Schools in the world.

The event took place in Thailand’s capital, Bangkok, where representatives of universities and business schools from more than 80 countries came to share experiences and identify opportunities in higher education.

CESINE’s presence among the best positions in the most demanding international rankings shows the University Centre’s commitment to excellence in its curricula and methodology. 

According to Jorge Gutiérrez, Head of International Relations at CESINE, “the University Centre has obtained the Palm of Excellence, which is the name of the award by which university excellence is recognized and accredits that it has a great influence at a regional and national level in Spain”.

In addition, Jorge Gutiérrez assures that “in this Congress some of the most recognized Schools were present, as for example Kedge Business School, one of the top schools in the world, and partner of the University Center in the development of the Double Masters Degree in Sports Management and the International Marketing MBA”.

Among the activities carried out, Gutiérrez points out that topics such as “creativity and innovation in education” were dealt with, as well as “good practice workshops were held and CESINE’s workshop focused on the positive impact that the social advertising campaign developed over the last few years has had on both students and Cantabrian society which, year after year, is carried out by the students of the University Centre”.

This success achieved by the University Centre is in addition to other recognitions previously received, such as the received five stars, the highest score awarded by the international QS Stars ranking that CESINE received, in terms of employability, teaching staff, internationalization and facilities.

CESINE is also in the top three of the i2n ranking, drawn up by the prestigious consultancy firm Price Waterhouse Coopers and Education First, which carries out the assessment on the basis of the forty most renowned private Spanish university institutions.

This ranking is established on the basis of a series of examinations carried out on students, surveys, statistics, questionnaires and interviews in which it is evaluated from the level of the students and their degree of satisfaction, to the opportunities students have too to spend international periods in partner universities around the world.
