The CESINE’s XIII Employment and Networking Fair, a pioneer event in our region, will be held on the 6th and 7th of February and it will gather over 35 companies with great relevance in regional, national and international markets. The responsible for Innovation, Industry, Tourism and Commerce of the Government of Cantabria, Francisco Martín, will inaugurate this fair at the CESINE campus.
During the first day, CESINE will host various practical workshops directed by three experienced professionals: Fátima Sesé, North Area Manager, Hays Response; Cande Krause, International Recruitment Manager, Talent Search People; and Sandra Suárez, an artist and entrepreneur.
Fátima Sesé will talk about the most demanded profiles in Spain: “What are companies looking for?”. For his part, Cande Krause will address international selection processes and, finally, Sandra Suárez will explain to the students some of the keys for entrepreneurship in the world of design and creativity. This day will close with a round table in which it will be discussed the future of the labor market and new opportunities. [Conferences will be only in spanish]
In addition, on Wednesday 7, companies will have the opportunity to recruit talent from CESINE through personal interviews. According to the President of CESINE, Fermín Gutiérrez, “they will be able to discover the professional competences developed by the students, such as teamwork, initiative, communication and language skills”.

The opportunities are broad since these organizations are a reference in different sectors such as human resources, advertising and marketing, industrial production, economy and finance or media, and they will seek among CESINE students the profiles that may be suitable for their departments.
The President of the University Center, Fermín Gutiérrez, points out that “in CESINE we have always tried to go one step ahead and we are a benchmark in employability and entrepreneurship. In fact, 93% of the graduates are now working and around 8% have created their own company “.

The CESINE University Center has signed more than 1,250 agreements with companies, more than 16,000 internships for students and it has managed around 3,000 job offers. In addition to the Employment and Networking Fair, CESINE has organized the Business Creation Forum for over twenty years, an event that encourages entrepreneurship among students.
