The International Festival of Social Advertising, Publifestival 2018, held in Madrid its 12th edition. The jury has awarded the work of the students from CESINE’s Degree in Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing.

In fact, this is the fourth consecutive year in which students from the University Center have been awarded in the different categories of this advertising festival. On this occasion, the recognition came in the section of Young Group Talent, in the category of Best Social Message for a TV Spot, with an audiovisual project about online harassment.

Mireia Molero, Marta Besga, Ainhoa Hernandez, David Fernandez and Mario Puente made up the winning group with their spot on #Cyberbullying, in which they denounce that more than half of youngsters suffer this type of harassment nowadays, in addition to remembering that, sometimes, “the most painful blows are not the physical ones”.

The President of CESINE, Fermín Gutiérrez, present at the awards ceremony, stressed that it is “a pride” to see how the jury recognizes, one more year, the work and creativity of the students and he highlighted the “commitment” of the students and their professors, “great professionals who get the best from their students”.

This recognition highlights CESINE’s commitment to promote social responsibility values  among its students. Thus, thanks to their talent and the creativity reflected on their work they can contribute, with small changes, to a fairer world.
